What to expect at your appointment

How do I book an appointment?

The most efficient way to book your appointment is through Fresha. The Fresha app and website offer a fantastic platform where you can manage all of your appointments. You can easily book, cancel, reschedule, and browse hundreds of local businesses within the hair and beauty industry.


Alternatively, you can book directly with Samantha via Instagram or email.


Please note that there may be a short delay in Samantha's responses during working hours

Mondays 9.15am - 5.30pm

Wednesdays 10am - 7pm

Thursdays 9.15am - 5.30pm

Fridays 9.15am - 2pm

Where are you located?

Where are you located exactly?

Once your appointment is booked, the exact address will be sent to you via email.


Samantha works from her home in Titchfield. For your first appointment, she will meet you on St Margaret's Lane, PO14 4BQ.


Samantha's private lane is on the same side as Titchfield Festival Theatre.


You will meet Samantha 5 minutes before your appointment time to be greeted.


For your second appointment, you can park in the designated parking space and come directly to your appointment.


If you would like Samantha to meet you again to refresh your memory on the location, please let her know prior to your appointment

What methods of payment do you accept?

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay via a QR code at the end of your treatment, all you need is your phone if you have Google or Apple Pay or your card to hand.


You can also pay via cash or PayPal

What is your cancellation policy?

You can manage all of your treatments via Fresha, book, reschedule and cancel.


You can reschedule and cancel for free up to

24 hours ahead of your appointment.


50% fee is chargeable of the service price for late cancellations, or a 100% fee is due for not showing up to a booked appointment.

What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

Since Samantha does not schedule appointments back-to-back, she will make every effort to provide your full treatment if you arrive late.


However, this cannot always be guaranteed and depends on the specific circumstances. If you are running late, please inform Samantha directly by calling

I am not feeling well, can I still come to my appointment?

Samantha kindly requests that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Even if you have a slight cold, please refrain from coming to your appointment.


Receiving a massage when you are ill is generally not advised, as it can exacerbate your symptoms and increase the potential for spreading germs

Can you diagnose me with any pain related issues?

As a Holistic Therapist, Samantha is not qualified to diagnose medical conditions.


Samantha's role is to provide relief and relaxation through massage therapy.


If you have any pain-related issues, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis
